Daniella Deutsch, LMSW

Pronouns: She/Her

Daniella Deutsch, LMSW, has chosen to spend her career creating spaces where people can feel safe in their experiences and empowered in their healing. Daniella believes that everyone’s journey is extremely individual, and everyone deserves the chance to be supported as they dive into their trauma to work towards a more positive life.

Daniella aims to create a warm, encouraging, and collaborative relationship with clients - where they can work together as a team. Daniella believes in empowering her clients to expand upon their strengths, while also acting as a supportive figure in helping them to widen their perspectives on patterns of thoughts and behaviors. She focuses on deepening her client’s sense of self-worth, as she strongly believes that self-love and compassion are powerful tools for healing.

Daniella approaches her clients with an anti-oppressive, emotion-focused, strength-based, mind/body, and trauma focused lens. Additionally, Daniella’s artistic background also allows her to offer her clients the option to integrate the creative arts as a modality of healing. Daniella brings in aspects of CBT, CPT, EFT, and DBT, while also believing in the power of mindfulness practices - always finding a way to weave this into the process.

Daniella’s background includes extensive experience in education and child development and she has a wide range of experiences working with individuals who have been incarcerated or impacted by the prison system.

She feels honored to learn and walk alongside her clients, as it is a privilege to be a part of their healing journey. Outside of the office, Daniella can be found working on her third book of poetry, hosting dinner parties for her close friends, or listening to her favorite singers’ best albums over and over again.
